Tirana
Tirana, the capital of Albania, lies on the Lanë, Tiranë and Tërkuzë rivers. It is the country's largest city and its industrial and cultural centre. It is home to numerous universities, including the University of Tirana. The 18th century Et'hem Bey Mosque and the National Theatre are well worth a visit.
