Duże wygodne lotnisko. Ze względu na wielkość hali nie ma problemu związanego z tłumem pasażerów, choć oczywiście lotnisko jest bardzo ruchliwe. Odprawa paszportowa bardzo szybka i sprawna, przejście kontroli bezpieczeństwa zorganizowane sprawnie. Ogólnie jest to wygodne i godne polecenia lotnisko zarówno jako przesiadkowe z małą ilością czasu jak i wtedy kiedy macie dużo czasu i trzeba coś w tym czasie robić ( sklepy , restauracje )
The main airport in Hong Kong is known as “Chek Lap Kok Airport” because of its location on the island of the same name. It was designed by Sir Norman Foster – his international terminal building is one of the largest in the world.
Chek Lap Kok is the primary hub for Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon airlines.
There are two hotels near the airport.

Bus
There are many bus companies offering service from and to almost every place in Hong Kong. This is relatively cheap means of transport.
Rail
Airport Express fast train whisks passengers to the airport in just 24 minutes from the city center. Comfortable trains operate at about 12-minute intervals from 05:50 to 01:15 daily.
Taxi service offered at the airport is the most convenient way of getting to and from the Chek Lap Kok. The Taxi Station is located near the left-hand ramp outside the arrivals hall.
Different colors of cabs refer to their operating areas: the red ones are the city taxis and will take you to most places in Hong Kong, except for Tung Chung Road and roads in south Lantau; the green cabs operate within New Territories and on some of the roads on the Island of Lantau; the blue taxis operate only on Lantau.
The prices vary from HK$15 to HK$400 depending on your final destination. Taking a taxi to the city center will cost around HK$350. All these prices are indicative only.

The airport is located 34 kilometers northwest of the Hong Kong island. To reach it from the city center, take the Western Harbour Tunnel and then the West Kowloon Expressway. Follow the road signs to the airport – they are easy to find.

The price is HK$15 per hour or HK$110 for all day.
At Chek Lap Kok Airport you don’t have to be bored while waiting for a flight. Passengers will find well-developed infrastructure at both terminals.
Hong Kong SkyMart is a huge shopping mall at Terminal 1.
At Terminal 2 passengers can relax in the shopping area called SkyPlaza.
Financial services – banks, ATMs, international money transfer points, and exchange offices can be found at both terminals.
Gastronomy – restaurants, snack bars, cafes, and pubs are located within a shopping center and right next to the gates.
Entertainment – passengers will find movie theaters, interactive exhibitions, entertainment centers, and even a nine-hole golf course at the airport.
Internet – Internet service is available via wireless and through access points located at the airport.
