Needs more clear sinage there should be a departures board on entry every entry port !

Good airport - eSky were terrible

The whole experience failed us. We could not access our boarding passes . The system would not recognise our passports to photograph them. Your site informed us that we needed to bring printed boarding passes with us. Nothing worked we were left in Poland unable to travel on tickets we'd paid for. We had no choice other than to purchase new tickets on the same flight through Ryanair direct - on the day we were due to travel. So we were out of pocket having paid for 4 seats other flight for 2 of us. We will strongly implore people NOT to use your company as it cannot deliver what it promised and it took our money. We have not posted anything yet preferring to give you the chance to reimburse us financially for our poor experience. Please contact us and let us know how you intend to rectify the situation. If we do not hear from you before 23rd May we will start to publicize this very poor experience.

Only 15 minutes by taxi or just slightly longer by a regular train/tram service. Excellent shopping facilities. However, poor holding area for Ryanair.

Copenhagen is a great experience, comfortable security check in, lots of great places to eat, much better than other airports - great transport (MRT) to the airport too

Never a real problem its thoses cheap ass airlines ripping there customers the plane holds 187 but they make 200 people buy a ticket with hope some will miss their booking well done so what if all 200 turns up ??? What then ?? some must have to lose out or be made to miss the plan with wrong info if you dont reach the departure gates in hope they dont change the gate when your already at the gate number you saw in the srceen you will miss your plan check double check never stop checking . I am so upset lost a load of money with rynair little games and some of their staff are rude and behave like your the problem .
