I am outraged at paying 60 euros for each small bag. There were 5 small bags for the 7 passengers. I live and learn, and I will not recommend this airline to any Brazilian.

Staff were great on flights to abu dabhi were very pleasant and helpful and food was good .. coming home from abu dabhi staff on airfrance were grumpy and not really helpful ... food was awful.. Then they cancelled our flight from Paris to Dublin even thought 6 other flights flight into Dublin around same time as our flight was to go .. and one of them was definitely a airfrance company ...and get this they cancelled our flight from Paris reasoning cause of weather disruption yet another airfrance flight went to Dublin... so we were been lied to by the airline .... then put us on another flight for next day with airlingus to Dublin.. and told me that my luggage wud be transferred to Dublin... I asked 3 differert times about our luggage and was told it's on the plane and guess what ? you got it it wasn't on the plane when I got to Dublin... Don't even start about the hotel the dinner was shocking scrap food leg of chicken and rice , fish and chips was options .. and my wife is vegetarian no option for vegetarian s she got a plate of salad .. totally degusted with our treatment for the dinner meal .. Just say our trip home from abu dabhi was shocking and awful the treatment we got .. then crown it all they lost our luggage and haven't found it yet .. a joke ..

Paris Trip
Lasdt year we found CDG very stressful. It was the weekend of the football and there was chaos. Our transport arrived late and there were not enough staff to help us (we are in our eighties) resulting in us missing our flight. This time there were many staff and they were MOST helpful and our visit was totally stress free. Thank you for making this such a pleasant trip
