I was standing on the stairs with the wind blowing and told to wait for ABLE BODIED passengers get on first. I have cancer can't stand for long I paid the same as every one else on the flight. I suggest disabled should be allowed in first and get off first

Very comfortable Good restaurants to visit during the Ryanair delay in take off

Poor check in AGAIN

Again only one person on check in for multiple flights. Once they realised it was likely that people would miss their flights they put on extra staff and called foreword flight passengers in order of departure. Again left no time to look around the airport, get food etc after going through security.

Alicante airport (ALC)

Very poor for UK entry as it appeared we were all shepherded in to one long zig zag queue on arrival which took ages to get though. Even worse on the return as there were 3 UK flights leaving before 7 am and with about over 400 people queuing the gate was not opened for passport control until about 30 minutes before first flight. Utter chaos with only 1 manned Passport check booth opened at the beginning. When it was my turn a second booth was opened. Lots of unhappy passengers.

This airport is run with care. Nothing Is too much trouble the staff were so very helpful

Was a very busy and a bit stressful, as not much seating, so very crowded as lots of flights taking off.
