Delta Air Lines

Family Visit

Staff was very helpful with helping me find my gates and helping me to another flight when I did not make it to my gate on time.

Loved the Individual Screens!

Flights were on time. Communication for changing gates was excellent. Our only complaint was that they ran out of meal choices before they were halfway to the back of the plane.

Expensive

I was disappointed after I paid more for making reservation earlier than closer to the trip. The price of the ticket was over $700 and a week later, the price reduced to $400.

Travel review

I had a wonderful vacation begging with Delta Airlines. My expectations were met . I was greeted with a wheelchair in Detroit. In Denver I was greeted with a wheelchair both were great experiences.

Stuck for two days no offer reimbursement for rental car or hotel stay

Positive and great

Trip to MSP

Delta had several weather related delays on our flights home. We were supposed to be in MSP at 9:15 a.m. but didn't actually get there until 3:00 p.m. I understand that the weather is out of their hands but a $12 food voucher given at 1:00 pm wasn't exactly helpful.

Delta

Great planes, great staff, great flights
